By accessing or using Recuria (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Recuria is a privacy-first subscription tracking tool that helps you monitor, forecast, and manage recurring payments. The Service does not access your bank accounts or financial institutions. All subscription data is entered manually by you or detected through optional email receipt scanning.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and content, is the property of Recuria and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you enter into the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Spend forecasts and health scores are estimates and should not be considered financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recuria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
